**This work will take today and tomorrow and needs to be written at length using all the skills we have learnt in this unit of work and before. Write 2 paragraphs today and 2 tomorrow, your work should be longer than 1 side of A4 paper.**

In this lesson, we will use the plan from the previous lesson to write about Macbeth's character with a main focus on two aspects of his character: at the start of the play when he is depicted as a warrior and later on when he becomes ambitious. During the lesson, the teacher on the video will model how to use the plan and the success criteria to write two paragraphs of the character description.

Green and Yellow - Write 2 paragraphs about Macbeths Character at the first 2 key events of the story. Use:

  • relative clauses (Macbeth, who was crippled with guilt, entered the room)
  • noun phrases (loud thunder)
  • prepositions (positional language)
  • figurative language (simile and personification)
  • Any other grammar skills known.

Maths - Percentages

Today we bring together all of your learning from the last few weeks as you will be converting between fractions decimals and percentages. I would like all groups to complete as much of the sheet as you can - please do not worry about whether you can finish or not. Then send me a photograph of your work so that I can see if you need to revisit any areas next week. Here is your learning video.

Blue - Your next lesson on division is dividing 3 digit numbers by 1 digit, you were confident with this in class but I know it is tricky at home - do your best and send me a photograph of your work so I know how to help you if you need it.
