Supporting Pupils:

I support pupils who are experiencing personal difficulties. For example:

  • Family Split
  • Bereavement
  • Abuse
  • Anxieties or worries

Including those families open to Children's Services.

I support children who struggle to manage their behaviour in a positive and safe way, including implementing individual plans and providing guidance to staff.

I offer encouragement to children and help them build their self-esteem, resilience and confidence. I also support children with their social skills and friendships.

Supporting Families:

I support families with access to outside agencies to help with difficulties. For example:

  • Domestic Abuse
  • Parenting
  • Financial Worries
  • Sleep difficulties of a pupil

I can access Food Bank Vouchers for those families who are going through a difficult time financially, either due to a change in circumstances or problems of benefits.

I offer Early Help support and guidance to families and help them to work through difficult situations they are facing, or any worried that they may have. I can do this by myself, or if needed jointly with other agencies.
