This week we are going to be reading the story of Aladdin.
This is going to help us with our Writing/SPAG learning as well, as we are going to retell the opening to Aladdin.

History
Today we are going to begin learning about the Vikings. We learnt a little about the Vikings in our last lesson on the Anglo-Saxons.
The Anglo-Saxons first arrived in Britain in 449CE and then the Viking invasion began in 787CE.
