Examples: 20 divided by 100 = 0.2
In this example the zero before the decimal point is a place holder in the 1s column.
7 divided by 100 = 0.07
In this example the zero before the decimal point is a place holder in the 1s column and the zero after the decimal point is a place holder in the Tenths column.
