• Below you will find all the learning for today. This includes reading, writing, maths and foundation subjects (Science, Geography, History, R.E, etc).
• The coloured activities should be completed if your child is in that group in class.
• All reading texts and learning worksheets can be found at the bottom of the page, some reading texts will be posted Monday and will be used all week. 
• Videos are provided for new learning and to support learning where it is beneficial - please watch them, you can pause and re-watch them if they need to. 

Reading - Holes by Louis Sacher

Read, watch and learn along with Mr Redfern today. You will need your copy of Holes, a pen and paper for today's lesson. The slides for today's lesson can also be found below. 

Writing - The Highwayman

Last week you looked at adding the prefixes 'il', 'im', 'in' and 'ir' meaning 'not' in your lesson this week we are going to learn a new strategy called letter blocking which means looking at the shape of words to help you spell them.

If you have any Lego at home then this clip shows you a fun way to help you with letter blocking, if you don't have any don't worry it will work just as well with paper.

Maths - GOAL - Game Of Actual Life.

All groups - This week you will be learning about bank accounts. The children in class will have their lessons delivered by our sports coach and the children at home can join by watching this video*.
