Once a week, the children have an assembly called 'Picture News'.  Each assembly links to a current theme in the news.  Below are links to the assembly themes, feel free to use them as they may help you and your child talk about what is happening in the World at the moment.  There is also a virtual assembly if you would like to watch it follow this link www.picture-news.co.uk/discuss.
